Who we are

Building Innovative Community Solutions (BIC Solutions) is a strategic consulting firm specializing in stakeholder engagement, housing and education equity, communication and storytelling, and project management for public, nonprofit, and community-based initiatives, as a trusted partner in high-poverty, rural, and historically underserved communities.

BIC Solutions brings deep cultural awareness, data-informed decision-making, and community-first strategies to every project. We develop and execute solutions that empower residents, build trust in institutions, and promote fair growth—whether in school districts, regional housing coalitions, or large infrastructure projects. Our cross-sector experience helps us bridge communication gaps between local government, advocacy groups, and the communities they serve.
